Tanya has been working with Lakes Homes for 7 years, and we are so thankful.

Tanya was nominated by her coordinator, and chosen from a nominees for November by the 3 Lakes Homes Managers:

" Tanya always puts the clients' needs first and is a good advocate for them as well, especially our non-verbal clients. Tanya is great at working as a team player alongside her fellow DSPs and is willing to step up and teach someone new skills if needed. . . . "

Meet Foday Sirleaf, the October 2025 Lakes Homes & Program Development Inc., Employee of the Month.​
Foday has been working with Lakes Homes since 2020 and we are so lucky to have him.

Foday was chosen by his coordinator, who had this to say about Foday and his work:
