REQUIRED TRAINING
As set forth by Lakes Homes Policy, it is the responsibility of all DSP’s to complete 40 hours of provided training. Training resources are available at the Lakes Homes office’s and through the College of Direct Support.

In October of 2025, Lakes Homes & Program Development Inc., wanted to find a way to show our employees the appreciation that they deserve, but don't often receive. Therap.com
Therap is a vital tool for Lakes Homes staff. This is how we manage clients' medicaiton records, daily notes, ISP goals, and so much more.

Deputy.com
Deputy is used for your personal schedule and time card. If you are having issues getting logged in, please call the main office.

Deputy is used to schedule, pick-up, and clock in and out of shifts, either with the app, or by using your employee pin.
