Lakes Homes & Program Development, Inc., is governed by a nine member board of directors which is composed of three parents that have a handicapped family member; three interested citizens and three professionals. Annually, the board elects a President, Vice President and a Secretary/Treasurer.

Management Team and Staff
Positions include an Executive Administrator/Program Director, Program Supervisor, Development Director, Registered Nurse, Program Coordinators, Qualified Mental Retardation Professionals, Licensed Practical Nurses, Direct Support Professionals, Medical Coordinator, Payroll/Accountant, Bookkeeper, Office Manager, Secretary, Maintenance and Laborers.
